Thursday 21 June 2007

The inventors of the popular Dice game Dicket ended last weekends International Test Series as deserved World Champions. The Game, invented by Chevron handler Dave Grayson, involves 4 dice and follows the general rules of the less well known game of Cricket.

In the final match of the Series Chevron Action Flash took on all comers to become champions. Loosing team captain and ex-Chevron player, Peter Wright, said after the loss "We're absolutely gutted, this was everything to me and the boys" conceding that "Chevron were just that much better and more skilled Dicket players than we were."

Although Chevron ended up a man down at the end of the first test they managed to get a useful ringer in to replace the injured Dave Sealy. Flintoff, out for a Golden Dick in the first innings of the final test commented that he had "never played with such a fun, interesting, talented and just all round fantastic bunch of legends" as the members of the Chevron team.

Dicket will be rolled out among the wider Chevron team over the coming weeks.
