Long term Chevron Action Flash handler, Rob Mitchell, was disappointed after not being able to get his Mölkky out due to bad weather at Tour 1 last weekend.
Mölkky (More commonly known as Cock) is a Finnish game where the Mölkky, a wodden stick measuring 6cm in girth by 23cm in length, is tossed towards 12 wooden pins numbered 1 – 12 with the aim of knocking them down to reach a pre designated score. Mitchell, the owner of the game, insists that the rules are "quite simple, but the skills required are incredible complex."

Despite Tour 1 being held towards the end of July in the South of England, the rain was fairly persistent all weekend. All the usual inter game activities were suspended including Hacky Sack, Throwing the Annoying Whistling Ball Thing, Dicket and of course, Cock.
Fans of Mitchells Cock are not limited to the current Chevron Squad, Chevron Alumni have been playing with his Cock for years. Steven Kennedy, a devout fan of tossing the Mölkky said "Rob even got it out at his wedding. We spent most of the day playing with it; it's not only fun for us but brings Rob a huge amount of Joy."
Weather permitting; fans of Mölkky will be able to participate in a few games at Tour 2 in Mansfield.
